Nelson Suburbs Football Club (NSFC) can only function because of the involvement and dedication of its members whether they are volunteers, team officials, players or their families. The vast majority of these NSFC members have our children and players’ best interests at heart, but we understand that there may be occasions when some of them act in contravention of NZ Football’s Code of Conduct or other rules and policies.
Harassment, including sexual or racial harassment, is unwelcome, unsolicited and unreciprocated behaviour by a person or group that may offend, humiliate or intimidate another. Harassment can take different forms including oral, written, physical or other non-verbal forms. Such behaviours are considered harassment when they are repeated and they have a detrimental effect on the recipient’s ability to engage in normal activities within the club environment.
