BOYS NETBALL  
Auckland Netball has been steadily growing opportunities for boys in netball. Bridging the gap between mixed netball in Juniors (Years 1-8), and the high-performance space for boys in netball with the Mystics and Stars Men's teams.

    BOYS IN JUNIOR NETBALL​​​​​​​ (Years 1-8)

    Netball New Zealand Junior Policy 2017

    • All boys may play netball alongside girls up to the age of 12 (or Year 8) without restriction.
    • In ANC Junior Netball, boys on court at any one time should not be more than half the team.
    • Note: Year 7 & 8 boys, a maximum of 3 boys are allowed on the court at any time, with only one in each area of play i.e. GS or GA | WA, C, WD | GD or GK.

    BOYS DAY OF NETBALL

    This is opportunity to get the boys on court, to become familiar with the Rules of Netball while  playing against their peers, in preparation for 12-weeks of afterschool netball - see details below.

    Date: Wednesday 29 April

    Time: Games commence 9.15am (rain or shine)

    Grades: 
    Boys Year 7&8
    Boys Year 9&10
    Boys Year 11-13

    Cost: $105 per team

    Teams should get at least 4 or 5 short games.
    Teams must provide bibs, ball & umpire.

    Location: Auckland Netball Centre, St Johns.

    ​​​​​​​No cash out available on the day.

    BOYS MONDAY NETBALL

    NEW Monday afterschool netball for Boys

    Dates: 11 May to 24 August (12-weeks)
    No play: 1 June - King's Birthday, 6 to 24 August school holidays

    Grades: 
    Boys Year 7&8
    Boys Year 9&10
    Boys Year 11-13

    Games: 
    4 x 10-minute quarters

    Times:
    4.30pm & 5.25pm (if required)

    Team Fees: $500 per team
    Team Registrations - see column on right
    Registrations will open soon.

    Individual Fees: $50 per player
    Individual Registrations see below in the blue box.
    Teams formed subject to the number of registrations. (Includes provision of a ball, bibs and umpire).​​​​​​​Registrations: are open see blue box below
