This was a great week end for our group of NHB throwers and Takapuna group . We had 3 competitions running
1-Summer throws series 3 at Millenium (Shot - Discus)
2-Masters throws pentathlon at Mt Smart (results not available so far)
3-Mc Kinnon series at Mt smart (Javelin - Hammer)
The weather was excellent and so were the performances
