Advisory Groups are in place to provide advice, recommendations, and assistance to Capital Football regarding a range of football and futsal topics. The Advisory Groups are divided into the following areas to help guide discussion and decision-making:

Each Advisory Group is made up of a Capital Football staff member, a Board delegate, club representatives, and any other relevant stakeholders. Club representatives are expected to provide not only the perspectives of their own clubs, but also the views of the wider football community they represent.
Clubs are able to nominate items for consideration prior to each Advisory Group meeting. The groups meet at least three times per year, and any recommendations requiring regulatory change are presented to the final Capital Football Board meeting of the year in November for approval and implementation the following year.
To keep clubs informed of matters discussed at Advisory Group meetings, minutes are distributed following each meeting and will also be posted in this section of the website.
