Development Pathway

Supporting Young Female Footballers Across the Mainland Football Region

We’re passionate about creating pathways for girls in football. The Girls Football Development Pathway gives young players the chance to grow their skills, build confidence, and explore high-performance opportunities – all while falling in love with the beautiful game.

Age group for 2025: Young women born in 2007, 2008 & 2009.

Why commit to the Pride Youth Pathway?  Even if your daughter/ young person is just starting her journey, these developmental experiences are valuable.

She will:

  • Receive quality coaching in a supportive environment
  • Build friendships and confidence
  • Learn life skills through football
  • Get exposure to the next level of the game
  • Have fun and grow her love for football

This pathway supports both social and competitive players – it's about giving girls the tools, support, and inspiration to stay in the game, however far they want to go.
