- 10th Grade (2016) - 9v9 - $750 per team (13 players max)
- 11th Grade (2015) - 9v9 - $750 per team (13 players max)
- 12th Grade (2014) - 9v9 - $750 per team (13 players max)
- 13th Grade (2013)- 9v9 - $750 per team (13 players max)
* Players must be registered with a club.
* Capped at 13 teams per grade.
