We offer a range of fun and varied holiday programmes to suit boys and girls aged 5-13. At our St Johns venue our programmes are OSCAR approved.

​​​​​​​We are lucky to have a large and well-ventilated indoor venue at St Johns as well as ample outdoor space to fill with lots of fun activities including our MULTIActivity programme, Combination, Kokkino Cooking, Netball programmes and a NEW MultiSport Programme.

We also offer Netball Skills, MULTIActivity, and Combination programmes at Windmill Park, Mount Eden for a conveniently located option in Central Auckland.

NEW MULTISPORT PROGRAMME

For children in years 1-8, enjoy a new sport every day and try out something new.

MULTIActivity

A fun and varied holiday programme suitable for boys and girls of all ages. Your children spend their days immersed in a mix of crafts, sports, games, cooking, and other fun-filled activities. No day is the same and kids benefit from being able to utilise the awesome spaces at our multi-purpose indoor and outdoor venue.

NETBALL SKILLS

​​​​​​​​​​​​​Our netball skills programme is suitable for players of all levels - those who are new to the game or who have been playing for a few seasons. Join our Auckland Netball coaches to get out there, play some games, improve your netball skills, and grow in confidence.

DETAILS:
Our netball programme is split into year groups (Years 1-4 and Years 5-8). Groups are then further split based on level.​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​

NEW: ADVANCE YOUR SKILLS

This NEW programme is designed for year 7-10 players, to advance their skills beyond their current skill-set, with guidance from different experienced coaches each day, including Debbie Christian (Née White), Sue Tapene, Robin Manihera, Donna Erceg and Julie Bennett

Debbie Christian's playing career spans some of the sport’s highest levels, including the Silver Ferns Squad, NZ A, the World 7 Team, Northern Mystics, Southern Steel, Auckland NPC, and long service with the Otago Rebels. She has also contributed as a coach, including roles as Auckland NPC Assistant Coach, Auckland U19 Assistant Coach, Saint Kentigern Premier Coach, and Northern Mystics Community Lead.

Over the past 60 years, Sue Tapene has dedicated countless hours as a player, coach, selector, and mentor, making a lasting impact on Netball. Sue's extensive coaching career includes coaching at various schools and clubs over the years, such as Baradene, Saint Kentigern and St Cuthbert's. As well as Auckland Netball's U19 representative team and the Diamonds Development Squad.

Robin Manihera is our very own Auckland Netball Coach Developer. Robin spends her time helping other coaches around the Auckland region develop and grow, using her many years of coaching expertise.

Donna Erceg is an experienced netball coach across school, club, and representative levels. She has led the Auckland Girls Premier team for three years, guiding them back to A Grade at UNISS and Premier 1 at Auckland Netball in 2024. At Panmure Netball Club, she coaches the Premier 1 team after previously leading Premier 2. She has long contributed to Auckland Netball’s representative programme and was recently appointed head coach of the U18‑2 team. Donna’s professionalism, leadership, and dedication make her a highly effective coach in youth‑development environments.

Julie Bennett has coached Carlton Netball's Premier 1 & 2 teams and has contributed to Auckland Netball’s Representative programme over various years. Julie has additionally coached at Premier School level across two seasons, in 2007 and 2016. In 2024, she returned to the Auckland Netball Representative programme, leading the U16-1 team and bringing her extensive experience and passion back to developing the next generation of athletes.

COMBINATION PROGRAMME

For those that want to experience the fun of netball skills and our MULTIActivity or MULTISport programme with a half day of each. Get the best of both worlds, enjoy a full day holiday programme, and join our Auckland Netball coaches to improve your skills and have fun!

KOKKINO KIDS COOKING DAYS​​​​​​​

Try something new these holidays! Develop cooking skills, get confident making dishes in the kitchen, design your own menu, and whip up some tasty treats to take home for the whānau!

Your child will spend the day safely learning how to cook a variety of dishes, under instruction from our experienced holiday programme leaders. Each child will get a booklet of recipes to take home to start their own recipe collection.

All ingredients and cooking equipment is included in the programme price.

Suitable for children age 9-14.

Auckland Netball's Refund Policy: 

No refunds will be given for any programmes entered into. Credit for the programme will be considered if your child catches COVID-19 or becomes injured. 

Returning Parents:
We have launched an upgraded online registration system for our holiday programmes - AIMYONE. For our returning parents and families, who haven't used this website before, this involves a once-off profile migration.

  • Please visit the booking url as per usual first (https://aimyone.com/aucklandnetball)
  • Once you are logged in, start the booking process. You will then be prompted to click over to the new parent portal where you will need to log in again. Rest assured your login details stay the same and you only need to do this once.
  • Once you have successfully logged in to the new system, please bookmark the new booking link (https://aimyone.com/aucklandnetball) on your devices and use it moving forward.

Sick Child Policy:

If your child becomes ill or is unwell while attending our programme, we reserve the right to contact you and request that you collect your child as soon as possible.

OSCAR Accreditation Details (St Johns only):

The OSCAR Standards provide reassurance to parents and caregivers that a programme is properly run and takes place in a safe environment for children. The OSCAR accreditation is audited every two years, to ensure safety standards are continuously met. In addition, parents and caregivers may qualify for an OSCAR Subsidy. Check your eligibility for the OSCAR subsidy here.
