If you played rugby in 2025 you will receive an email with your personalised link to Rugby Xplorer (please check your SPAM folder).
Once you receive your link please check your details are correct and then submit your form to register for 2026

ALL Junior players MUST attend a registration night where they will be weighed if playing tackle or to receive their season gifts.
2026 Junior registration & weigh night dates will be held at the Silverdale Rugby Club:
Tuesday 24 Feb 4.00pm - 6.30pm
Wednesday 25 Feb 4.00pm - 6.30pm
Saturday 28 Feb 9.00am - 11.00am for our Club Open Day where players can also “give it a go” either if they’re new or want to test out their next grade.
Grade Day for all Tackle Teams (J6-J1) is Saturday 2 May, with Round 1 for all Junior Teams on Saturday 9th May 2026

1 - Open your Rugby Xplorer app
2 - Sign in
3 - Select ... More tab
3 - Select "Register to a club"
4 - Follow the steps to continue registering your player to Silverdale Rugby Club.

2 - Create a Rugby Xplorer Profile for yourself
3 - Create a player profilke for each for your players
4 - Follow the final steps above.

Step 1: 2026 Registrations are open - you have to do this before you come to one of the nights above.

Step 3: Come to the Club on the following nights;
Tuesday 24 Feb 4.00pm - 6.30pm
Wednesday 25 Feb 4.00pm - 6.30pm
Saturday 28 Feb 9.00 - 11.00am
*Please note if payment has not been received or discussed with the Director of Junior Rugby and/or Club Manager your child will not be entered into a team.*

Multi Children registering?
Please note:
Registrations must be completed in a single registration loop (A loop is when the you click yes at the end of a registration to register the next player and complete this right away). All family members need to be linked PRIOR to starting the registration process.
The family discount only works for LINKED accounts registering to the SAME club, as a SEASON PLAYER, for the same or different registration types in the SAME registration loop.
- Begin by registering and paying for the first Player.
- On the confirmation screen, click "Finish"
- Pop-up appears, "Would you like to add another registration?"
- Click "Yes"
- Note, by selecting no, you will no longer be eligible for a family discount (if offered by your club).
- You will be redirect back to choose who you would like to register next.
- Continue to select "Finish" > "Yes", until all family members have been registered.
