As an internationally recognised programme, the Duke of Edinburgh Award gives students the opportunity to develop skills, get physically active, give service to their community and take part in adventurous activities. 

Broken in to Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards, students are able to enrol in Broze from Year 9 level, with older students able to enter directly into Silver and Gold.

St Oran's has a long history of participation in the Duke of Edinburgh Award. Sarah Coales is the St Oran's College Coordinator for Duke of Edinburgh, and brings years of experience and knowledge to the position.
