AGM date is set to prepare for our 2025 season.
Thursday 14th November - Queenstown Event Centre in Function Room Upstairs - 6-7pm, to be followed by a committee meeting to plan for our 2025 season.
Anyone is permitted to attend the AGM, and we encourage 1-2 delegates from each member club/school to attend the AGM- please RSVP your attendance via the registration form.
Below is a link to nominate one of your members for office bearer or executive committee member.
The Nomination Form is to nominate a member of your club/school to be considered for an office bearer role or to be member of our executive committee for the 2025 season (please ensure you have the consent to nominate the member prior to completing the form. All roles are elected at the AGM and if more than one member for a particular role will be decided by a vote.
