All remits, notices of business, nominations and names of delegates must be received by Christchurch Netball Centre no later than 5pm 30 March 2026.

An Agenda, Annual Report, Finance Report, Remits and Notices of Business submitted, and accompanying documentation will be provided by e-mail to all affiliated clubs and CNC Life Members 14 days prior to the AGM.
