Winter League Club & School Team Fees

Netball North Harbour Regulation 1.3 on the late withdrawal of teams:

  1. Any team that withdraws prior to the commencement of competition play (ie. During the grading weeks) shall be able to apply for a refund
  2. Any team that withdraws after grading has completed, and up the end of Round 1, may apply for a refund on a pro-rata basis
  3. Any team that withdraws after the commencement of Round 2 will not be entitled to a refund
  4. All of the above will incur a non-refundable administration fee of $30

Team withdrawal and refund requests must be made in writing and can be emailed to the Games Administrator for the competition concerned.  Please contact admin@netballnorthharbour.co.nz  if you are unsure of who that is.


Social Netball Competitions & Tournaments

For tournaments and social competitions (Twilight & Inside 5a-side)

  1. Any team that withdraws prior to the draw being released, shall be able to request a refund, less an administration fee of $30.00
  2. Tournaments - for teams that withdraw once the draw has been released, the entry fee is nonrefundable, therefore, please do not enter a team if you do not have the full complement of players.
  3. Social competitions - teams that request to withdraw from a Block once the draw has been released may be entitled to a refund, less the $30 administration fee, if another team can be found to replace them; For individual game withdrawals/defualts, you will not be entitled to a refund on a pro-rata basis for pre-paid blocks and you must advise the competition coordinator by 1.00 pm the day of your game to not incur a $50 default fee.  If you are defaulted against, best efforts will be made to find a replacement team for you to play, if we are unable to find a replacement team, you will be offered a credit for that game.

Tournament and social competition withdrawals and requests for refunds must be made in writing and will be considered on a case by case basis by Netball North Harbour..


Holiday Programmes, Clinics and Courses

For courses, clinics and programmes, please note that the payments are non-refundable.  Make sure to check the dates carefully before booking.  If your child is injured, we may consider a deferment to the next holiday programme or clinic.  However, this request must be made before the programme starts and should be directed to the organising coordinator.  Please contact admin@netballnorthharbour.co.nz if you are unsure of who that is.

In any other circumstances where if a Netball North Harbour staff member considers there are exceptional or compassioniate circumstances required special consideration, that staff member can make a recommendation to the CEO for a refund.

Return & Refund Policy

We acknowledge our obligations to you, and our rights, under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Please choose your goods and merchandise carefully, and ensure you have the correct size as we do not refund or exchange goods if you change your mind.

If any goods or merchandise are damaged or faulty when you receive it, or does not fit you, please email us at admin@netballnorthharbour.co.nz within 5 days after receipt, and we will discuss our return and refund policy with you. Please also immediately return the goods or merchandise to us, with a copy of your receipt.  If the goods or merchandise are damaged or faulty, we may at our option repair or replace the goods, or give you a refund. 

If the goods or merchandise do not fit you, we will provide a different size, subject to the goods or merchandise being returned to us in the same condition as they were in when we sent them to you, together with all tags, and your receipt.

We will not be obliged to repair or replace goods or merchandise, or refund your money, if you have tampered with (including any attempts to make alterations), damaged, broken, or worn or used the goods or merchandise.
