How do I log in to my Netball North Harbour (NNH) account?

· Visit NNH Booking Log-In Page or type book.nnh.co.nz into your browser and click

· Enter user name (your email address) and password.

· New users: click "Sign Up" to create an account


How do I log in for the first time?

· On the login page, click "Forgot Password."

· Enter your email address to receive a password reset link.

· Check your inbox and follow the instructions.


What if I forgot which email I used?

· Contact NNH support at admin@netballnorthharbour.co.nz with your name and details.

· We will assist in recovering your account information.

Bookings & Payments​​​​​​​

​​​​​​​How do I book a court?

· Log in to your account at NNH Booking Portal.

· Navigate to the "Bookings"

· Select your preferred date, time, and court.

· Confirm and pay using credits.

· A valid credit balance is required to proceed with a booking


How do I cancel a booking?

· Log in > Profile > "Ongoing Bookings" under Profile

· Select the booking > Click "Cancel Booking"

· Note: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance


What happens if I miss my booking?

· Missed bookings are non-refundable. Please plan your bookings carefully to avoid this.


How do I check my booking confirmation?

· You’ll receive a confirmation email after booking.

· If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder. · Alternatively, log in your NNH Booking portal and view "Ongoing" Bookings under Profile for confirmation.


Do I need to check in before playing?

· Lights will turn on automatically for casual Bookings.

· Check-in will be required for sessions.


How do I top up my account credit?

· Log in to your account.

· Go to "Top Up" under Profile

· Select your preferred amount or enter the amount you like to top up.

· Complete the payment process.

· Pay using Credit Card (1% surcharge) or Account2Account (no surcharge)

Membership & Club Access​​​​​​​

How do I upgrade my membership to a Pickleball NH Member?

· Log in to your account.

· Click "Upgrade" under Profile

· Follow the steps to upgrade to a Direct Pickleball Member

· You will receive an invoice confirmation and the membership will be visible in your Profile


What are the benefits of upgrading my membership?

· Upgraded members enjoy access to special rates and other benefits.


How do I register as a new member if I don’t have a NNH account?

· Go to NNH Booking Portal and click

· Click "Sign Up" and complete the registration form.

· Registration is free!

How do I update my profile details (e.g., address, phone number)?

· Log in to your account.

· Navigate to "My Profile."

· Edit your information and click "Save Changes."


How do I change my password?

· Log in to your account.

· Go to "My Profile."

· Select "Change Password" and follow the prompts.


How can I reset my password if I forget it?

· On the login page, click "Forgot Password."

· Enter your email address to receive a password reset link.
