ParaFed Canterbury have partnered with Functional Adaptive Movement (FAM) to deliver a strength and conditioning programme, for all ages, specifically designed to increase the health and wellness of those with physical disabilities.
Sessions
These will be held on Sunday's, excluding some long weekends.

Cost
ParaFed Canterbury membership = $40 per year
FAM cost = $60 per term (or $240 full year)
