We are currently seeking an experienced administrator to join our thriving International Hub. This is a permanent part-time position, 30 hours, Monday to Friday (52 weeks per year including annual leave), with additional hours required during international group visits. Some after hours work will be required.
Role Overview:
The International Support and Groups Coordinator will work closely with the International Director to provide essential administrative support for our international students and their families.
Key responsibilities include:
Producing newsletters for agents, students, and homestay families
Preparing international student reports
Supporting the planning and delivery of extra-curricular activities, pre-arrival preparations, and departures
Updating the international pages on the college website
Coordinating visiting international groups during their stay at the College
Providing support to international students to ensure a positive experience
Key Attributes:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organisational and administrative abilities
Cultural awareness and empathy
Proficiency with IT and computer skills, particularly Google Workspace
Familiarity with New Zealand schooling and curriculum

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our support staff team in the International Department for 12 month fixed term parental leave cover. This is a 30 hours, Monday to Friday, term time only, with additional days required during term breaks. Some weeks may require work after office hours.
Role Overview:
The International Homestay Coordinator and Student Support role works closely with the International Director to deliver a vibrant programme and create positive experiences for our international students. This role involves recruiting and supporting homestay hosts, ensuring the successful placement, monitoring, and ongoing support of students in their homestays, and managing the administration and compliance tasks essential to the programme’s success.
Key Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Experience working with young people is essential; experience within an educational environment is highly desirable.
Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity, with an understanding of the opportunities and challenges presented by cultural differences.
Well-developed organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administration and computer systems.
Ability to manage time effectively in a busy, dynamic, and fun environment.
A valid full driver’s licence is required.
