What Our Strength and Balance Team Does

Our Strength and Balance team works to reduce falls and improve wellbeing for older people in our community.

We focus on increasing access to safe, evidence-based strength and balance programmes led by trained providers. These programmes help build muscle strength, improve stability, and support people to stay active, independent, and confident in their everyday lives.​​​​​​​
