2026 NETBALL HUTT VALLEY AGM

Notice is given of the 2026 Netball Hutt Valley Centre Incorporated Annual General Meeting (AGM).  The AGM will take place

  • Tuesday 24th March, 2026
  • 6:00 pm
  • Netball Hutt Valley Pavilion, 28 Taine St, Taitā

The agenda will be:

  1. Opening address and welcome
  2. Roll call
  3. Apologies/Obituaries
  4. Confirmation of minutes of 2025 Annual General Meeting 
  5. Presentation and adoption of the 2025 Annual and Financial Reports 
  6. Election of Officers

As all these nominations have been received within the prescribed period, it is recommended that the Executive Members be voted “enbloc”

Prior to the AGM at 5pm we will be holding a school information session.  At this we will cover off new 2026 Year 5&6 playing regulations, Sporty registration and any other queries.  Attendance at this and the AGM is highly encouraged, especially for any new netball coordinators. We will be able to answer all your school queries at that meeting.
