YEAR 6 INFORMATION

Health & Safety when the hoops around for netball games on Wednesdays.

If you are turning the hoops, it is quite easy to push the protective goal post pad up and push the Year 5 hoops partially out of the bracket they sit in.  If a Year 5 hoop happens to be partially pushed out, please send someone to the Control Room so it can be removed.  It is a danger and could fall out of the bracket and we would not like it to land on someone’s head, particularly a child’s, as they are very heavy.

Please be aware of this when moving hoops.

Grade 7 - if you look at the Final Grading below, you will see Grade 7 is split into 2 x sections.  Their last round robin games are 6th August.  The draw will then show a Semi Final and Final for 13th and 20th August.  Your last games will still be 20th August. However games will not show up until the round robin games are played and the semi final game is played.

REMEMBER TO COMPLETE YOUR TEAM SHEET ON THE APP.  You must SELECT your playing positions for your starting 7 players and then make the Team Changes during the game.  Your scorer can do this with the Manager's help.  If f you have players missing on the app, please go to the Control Room and they may be able to help.

Note:  Results will not be published for grading games and the grading game draws have to be done week by week.  

Competition round results will be published as well as the Standings table (select the competition tab).  Points are 4 = win, 2 = draw, 0 = loss and 1 is a bonsu point close loss with 3 goals.  The team with the most points at the end of the round robin is the winner of the grade.  If teams are on equal points, goal ratio is used to determine the winner which is goals for divided by goals against.
