Conveniently located in New Lynn, with a fully licence bar and plenty of off street car parking, our clubrooms offer an affordable venue hire option.  


We have large and versatile venue space with a maximum capacity of 150 people.

It’s ideal for hosting a wide range of private functions and events from birthday parties, family gatherings, wedding dinners & Christmas parties to corporate functions, business meetings, team building events, conferences and more.

We are able to provide both food and beverages for your event or you are welcome to use outside catering. Please note as we are a fully licensed venue BYO is not available.

Pricing 

  • Hireage - $400 for first 4 hrs, $50 per half hour thereafter (min hire period 4 hours)
  • Cleaning Fee - $100
  • Bond – $300 *A bond will be required for all bookings. The Bond will be used as a deposit at the time of confirming the booking. No booking will be confirmed until the bond has been paid.

  • Bar - $50 per hour 
  • If the bar is to be open, the club will provide appropriate staffing. The Hirer must ensure that there is adequate and appropriate food available at all times when the bar is open. The Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 will be strictly adhered too at all times. No alcohol will be supplied to minors. 
  • Please note as we are a fully licensed venue BYO alcohol is not permitted at anytime


Licenced Hours

If you would like bar service during your function, it must be during our licensed hours which are;


Sunday to Thursday 12 midday to 11.30pm 

Friday, Saturday & public holidays 12 midday to 12.30pm (out of the building by 1am) 


Security

Suburbs will provide a security guard from a registered security company as required, this may be added as a requirement of the booking or at the discretion of the Club Manager or Committee. The cost of any security is to be provided by the hirer.


Catering & Kitchen Use

They can also be hired to provide - 

- staff to plate, serve and clean up - food provided by you, $50 per hour (2 staff members) 

- or operate a pay as you go style menu for people to purchase their own food (no additional charge for this option)

Alternatively the kitchen can be made available for your use to self cater or use outside catering at no additional cost.

As the space is rented by our catering team, this must be booked in advance, you will need to bring with you all serving utensils, plates, cutlery ect.  You are responsible for cleaning after use to the standard is was found in. Additional cleaning charges may apply if it is not left as it was found. 


Venue Hire with no bar or staff onsite

If you are hiring the venue only; you are responsible for the condition the space is left in. Failure to leave the venue in a reasonable condition will result in the loss of some or all of your bond. 

- all furniture if moved, must be put back to its original position 

- tables to be wiped 

- food spills cleaned from carpet if applicable 

- all rubbish and decorations removed and taken with you

- the kitchen if used, cleaned - all surfaces wiped, dishwasher cleaned and turned off, floor swept. 

- if locking up at end of the night, ensure all windows and doors are securely closed and alarm activated.

The cleaning fee covers vacuuming and mopping of floors, and toilets. (Excludes kitchen, rubbish removal and furniture moving).


Club members

All fully financial members of the club can access a discount on the hireage fee.
