Capital Football is dedicated to providing clubs with tangible support. We are always looking into new ways to connect with our clubs and provide the support systems they need.

DURING THE SEASON
Junior Club First Kicks (4 - 7 years)
The Federation team is keen to head out to your First Kicks sessions to offer support and advice.
Junior Club Fun Football Festivals (8 - 9 years)
Members of the Federation Development Team will attend festivals to provide new and existing coaches with on the day support and best practice advice;
League & Programme Attendance
Staff will attend various leagues and programmes throughout the region. This includes First Kicks, Fun Football, Mini Football, Youth Football, Skills Centres and Futsal.

Steeve Sharpe
Federation Development Manager
Responsible for the development direction of the game in the region, manages the development team and any dispensation requests for players playing outside of their traditional age grade.
Club Support for all Wairarapa-based clubs
Connol Modd
Assistant Federation Development Manager
Community & Referees Lead
Manages and leads looking after our match officials. Lead for the development implementation of the Whole of Football Framework 2.0 in the region.
Club Support for Manakau, Marist, Ōhau, Onslow Junior, Ōtaki, Paekakariki, Porirua City, Porirua Leste, Pukerua Bay, Seatoun.
Maika Ruyter-Hooley
Federation Development Officer
Club Support Lead
Responsible for all coach education in the region and leads support of the talent pathway, primarily via the NZF Talent Development Programme and Talent Development Scheme
Club Support for Island Bay United, Kapiti Coast United, Miramar Rangers, North Wellington, Petone, Waterside Karori, Wellington United.
Jenna Reddy
Federation Development Officer
Girls & Women Lead
Responsible for leading all development-based women and girls initiative throughout the region.
Club Support for Eastbourne, Kapiti Coast United, Naenae, Stokes Valley, Stop Out Sports Club, Waikanae AFC, Wellington United.
Karl Moresi
Federation Development Officer
Multicultural Communities Lead
Responsible for leading Capital Football’s engagement with multicultural communities and enabling anyone to be involved with the game.
Club Support for Brooklyn Northern United (Junior & Senior), Lower Hutt City, Tawa, Upper Hutt City, Victoria University, Wainuiomata, Western Suburbs.
