Netball Manawatū Academy
The Netball Manawatū Academy is designed to provide our community with meaningful opportunities to grow holistically as players, umpires, coaches, and individuals, while fostering physical, mental, and social well-being.
This block focuses on an off- season plyometrics and strength and conditioning programme and is targeted at Year 9–13 secondary school students. The Academy includes an induction evening for participants and parents/ caregivers, pre- fitness testing, an 8- week block and post- fitness testing to support your ongoing development.
This programme is open to all, making it an inclusive opportunity for anyone interested in developing their physical performance and learning more about strength and conditioning.
