Preseason Fitness
From 2015 to 2022 we have been fortunate to partner with Mobile Fitness Solutions Ltd personal trainer Ngarama Milner-Olsen to deliver pre-season fitness sessions for players, umpires, coaches and extended whānau & friends of all ages and fitness levels held indoors rain or shine.
We've loved seeing the developing trend of clubs, schools and umpire groups embracing pre-season fitness in their own way and offering similar opportunities to their members themselves - so much so, we believe our preseason fitness offerings are no longer in high demand so are no longer offered.

Core Control & Stability for Netball
Simple 30 min workout
Focus on core control and stability on landing to increase performance and reduce injury risk. Use this simple programme 2-3 times a week.
