Tournament details

Our Fast 5 netball tournament's are offered twice a year; once in the pre-season and once in the off-season, and are held at Hataitai Netball Courts between 9am & 4pm. 

The tournaments are open Secondary School & Adult teams. Teams may be of mixed, all male or all female composition. 

Umpires are to be provided by the teams. If teams are unable to find an umpire for the day, please let us know on registration or no later than a week prior to the tournament.

Cost as of Dec 2025 is $140 per team. 

We have a 12 team max capacity for this tournament, which would ideally be 6 adult & 6 secondary teams, but can alter this based on numbers.

Format: 5 games per grade. Alternating rounds so each grade has a round on and round off. 4 x 6 min quarter games. 1 min quarter times & 3 min half time. 11 mins between rounds. 

Scoring will be done via scorecards on the day which can be rotated between spectators or subs of each team. 

Bibs may be hired for the day for $10, if unable to provide your own. 7-aside sets minus the WA/WD positions are preferred. 

Registrations for Term 1 tournament close 2pm Tuesday 20 January, or when max capacity reached.
