Coach: Luis Luna
We are extremely fortunate to have a world-class coach facilitating our Tennis Club. Luis is Head Coach at the Tauranga Lawn Tennis Club.
Luis Luna is a former Mexico National Junior Team coach who trained and certified coaches. He has mentored some of New Zealand's top junior tennis players and has been awarded Coach of the Year and High-Performance Coach of the Year in the Bay of Plenty multiple times.
As a player, Luis earned a US Scholarship at age 12, competed against Andre Agassi at the US Hardcourt Championship, and notably defeated eventual world number one, Jim Courier.

- Red and Orange ball players only (maximum 20 students)
- If you are a Green ball player and are interested in coaching and/or practice time during lunchtime, please contact Mrs Rutherford.
Dates, Times & Duration:
6 week programme
- Term 1, Friday's (starts 13 February, last session 27 March). No session on 6 March due to School Spirit Day).
- Term 2, Thursday's (starts Week 3, 7 May, last session 18 June). No session 28 May due to Parent Interviews).
- Term 4 TBC
