Term 1 - Available to:
Year 07–08 (Intermediate)
- Coach: Senior Student – Matilda Parish
- Grade and Times: C Grade - 4:00-5:30pm
- Game Day & Venue: Games are held on Tuesdays at Toi Ohomai Aquatic & Fitness Centre, 70 Windermere Drive, Poike.
- Training: Thursday mornings (starts 12 February), 7:00–8:00am, at Toi Ohomai Aquatic Centre
- Fee: $140 (based on 10 players)
Uniform: Students wear their own swimwear. Caps will be provided by the school.
Competition details:
Phase 1: Give It a Go (Weeks 1–3)
Dates: Tuesdays 17 February, 24 February & 3 March
This gives students a chance to try the sport and allows extra time for schools to finalise teams.
Phase 2: Competition (Weeks 4–7)
Dates: Tuesdays 10 March, 17 March, 24 March & 31 March
Schools confirm their teams for the final four weeks.
Other interested students
Students from other year levels who are interested in playing Water Polo are encouraged to register. Team viability will depend on meeting the minimum number of players (eight), as well as securing essential staffing such as coaches and managers. Once confirmed, training and game details will be communicated to registered students and families.
